Buckner, Elizabeth Clark. Elizabeth Clark Buckner, age 86, of Marietta passed away January 22, 2023. Elizabeth was a member of Eastland Heights Baptist Church in Marietta. She retired from Wellstar Cobb Hospital, where she worked in the Medical Records department. Elizabeth is preceded in death by first husband, Ray Clark; second husband, Ernest A. Buckner; son, Michael Ray Clark; and daughter, Teresa Brown. She is survived by her sisters, Rebecca Beasley and Joyce Roberts (husband, Hugh); daughter-in-law, Beverly Clark; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 26th, 1:00 pm at Davis-Struempf Chapel with Rev. Keith Allen and Rev. Daniel Yang officiating. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm before the service. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorials in Elizabeth's name be made to Eastland Heights Baptist Church, 857 Barnes Mill Rd, Marietta, GA 30062.
