Ms. Janice Turner, age 71, of Altoona, formerly of Marietta GA passed away on Monday, July 4, 2011. A memorial service will be held at St. Catherine's Episcopal Church in Marietta, GA at a later date. Paul McCabe will officiate. On-site cremation provided by Morgan Funeral Chapel & Cremation-Attalla, AL. Janice was preceded in death by her parents, George and Meda Turner and by lifelong friend, Marlene Seckel. Survivors include her sister, Judy (Richard) Tinker; niece, Julie Johnson; nephew, Richard G. (Carmen) Tinker; special friends, Frank Seckel and Debra & Tommy Hutcherson.
