Ariail Burton. Ariail died on August 18, 2023.

His obituary: Ariail G. Burton July 14, 1940 – August 18, 2023 – Ariail G. Burton, husband, father, Pop Pop and Uncle, left this earth on August 18, 2023 surrounded by his loving and adoring family. He leaves behind with broken hearts his wife of 46 years, Nancy S. Burton, his sons Robert B. Owens III and his wife Ann Marie, Clayton S. Owens and his wife Jen, of Sarasota and Robert A. Burton of N.C., 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Ariail was born July 14th, 1940 in South Carolina before growing up in Marietta, GA. He moved with his family to Bradenton in the early 60's. He worked with his father in the family business, owned local taverns, a bail bond agency, managed a pawn shop and presently was monitoring an inquiry site for USA Fence Co. Ariail was smarter than the average bear being labeled by his sons as a walking encyclopedia. He held many baseball records at Sprayberry High School in Marietta where he was active and lettered in 5 sports. He served briefly in the US Army, only to leave for a family hardship. Ariail was quick with his wit and humor and his retorts were timely and sharp. His happiest times were when his family all gathered at his home and he looked so forward to each occasion. He loved us all unconditionally and deeply. He will be remembered with a tear because he is gone and a smile because he was here.
