Her obituary: Julia Rosalyn Davis – December 30, 1940 – September 4, 2019 – Julia Rosalyn Davis of Kennesaw Born December 30, 1940 passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 4, 2019. Rosalyn graduated from Reinhardt College in 1960 then worked as a legal secretary with Raymond Reed for 20 years, Judge Harris Adams for another 20 years, finally retiring as a document specialist at 'Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele' with a long and storied legal career spanning everything from bank mergers to shipwrecks. Rosalyn dedicated her non-work life to the children's ministry spending many summers at youth camp and 50 years teaching Sunday school. She loved getting lost in a good book, traveling to Quartet conventions and visiting distant relatives. Rosalyn will be greatly missed by her Aunt, Imogene D. Berry, uncle Hubert B. Davis, innumerable cousins, coworkers, and students. Visitation will be held at 1pm September 11 at Acworth Church of God 3887 Nance Rd NW. With a memorial service to follow at 2pm.
