His obituary: John Bobby James, of Marietta, passed away April 12, 2019, one day after his 77th birthday. Funeral services will be at 2 pm Tuesday, April 16, 2019 in the chapel of Mayes Ward–Dobbins Funeral Home, burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Marietta. Survivors include his daughters Deanna Manross (Bret), Donna Henson (Scott), his brother Joe James (Gail), grandchildren Hannah Manross, Parker Henson, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Martha James. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 pm Monday at the funeral home.
