His obituary: James Larson, 71, of Acworth died Wednesday, March 12, 2014. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Mark Barbour officiating. Survivors include his wife, Linda Larson of Acworth; one daughter, Tiffany Larson of Kennesaw; one son, Shaw Larson of Acworth; one grandchild, Brayley; one sister, Candy Barnett. Contributions may be made to Humane Society of Cobb County, 148 Fairground Street SE, Marietta, GA 30060.
Family will receive friends 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Sunday prior to the service at the funeral home.
