Her obituary: Mrs. Crowe. Mrs. Joan McBurnett Crowe, 34, of 743 Council Drive NE, Marietta, died Tuesday. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Campground United Methodist Church with the body placed at the church at noon. The Rev. Thomas C. Lanford will officiate with burial in Mountain View Cemetery. She was a lifelong resident of Marietta and was a 1961 graduate of Sprayberry High School. She was a beautician and a member of Campground United Methodist Church. Survivors include widower, Allan A. Crowe; son, Alexander Crowe; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chester McBurnett; brother, Paul McBurnett; grandmother, Mrs. Gussie Dickerson, all of Marietta. Hay-Gantt Funeral Home, Marietta, is in charge of arrangements.
