Living on a sailboat in Marina Del Ray she met the love of her life, Bill Geisdorf. Bill's career eventually brought him to the mountains of Utah, and Dixie's adventurous spirit had her following her heart to join Bill in Park City. Prior to their Wild West adventure Bill and Dixie were married on March 1st, 1980, in Marina Del Ray and in 1981, Bill and Dixie were blessed with their daughter, Casey. In 2014, Casey blessed Dixie with her first grandchild, Greyson. Dixie is survived by her husband Bill, her daughter Casey, her brother Rusty, sister-in-law Priscilla, nieces and nephew Virginia, Jennifer and Austin and grandson Greyson. Dixie was an avid golfer, lover of fine wine (2 Buck Chuck), the theatre, travel and an all around fierce spirit. Dixie will be greatly missed in hearts of many.
