His obituary: Cook – Mr. Don Cook, Jr., age 58, of Ball Ground passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2002 at the Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. Funeral services are scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2002 from the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Terrell McBrayer officiating. Burial will follow in the Cherokee Memorial Park. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Cook of Ball Ground; son, Chris Cook of Fairmount; daughter, Cathi Bohannon of Canton; brothers, Johnny Cook of Woodstock and Mike Cook of Thomson; sister, Vickie Turner of Brunswick; 3 grandchildren also survive. Sosebee Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (Placed by the family)
