Her obituary: Mrs. Jean Satterfield, age 55 of Ball Ground, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 27, 1999 at her home. She is survived by her husband, Dean Satterfield of Ball Ground; three daughters, Lisa Lingerfelt of Ball Ground, Barbara Satterfield of Canton, and Carrie Bramlett of Ellijay; two brothers, Tony and Joe Brown, both of Woodstock; one sister, Patricia Cunningham of Marietta. Seven grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive. The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Saturday Oct. 30, from the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Blackwell officiating. Interment followed in Sunrise Memorial Gardens. The family accept flowers or donations to the Sharp Top Lodge Charity Fund. The following served as pallbearers; Doug Taylor, Kenneth Grimes, Herschel Cunningham, Orie Van Doran, Chris Smith, Ricky "Skipper" Braiser and Jamie Satterfield. Pickens County News Paper 1999
