April 7, 1944 – January 2, 2024. Mrs. Patricia Claudette Culver age 79 of Copperhead Rd. Blairsville passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 2,2024 in the North East GA Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Culver was born on April 7, 1944 in Marietta, GA., the daughter of the late Claude Cook and the late Myrtle McClure Cook. Patricia was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved her six cats dearly. Most of all she loved her church, her church family and loved the Lord. She was preceded in death by her parents and also her sister, Ruth Nichols. Patricia was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. Surviving Mrs. Culver are one son and daughter in law, John and Paula Culver of Blairsville, three daughters and two sons in law, Michelle and John Thompson of Hawkinsville, GA., Jennifer and Shannon Rawlins of Conyers, GA., Alicia Culver of Blairsville, two grandchildren, Michael Fox and Megan Morrow, one great grandson, Rickey Fox, a host of her church family, many other relatives and friends also survive. Funeral services will be held on Saturday January 6, 2023 at 1:00 pm from the Bethlehem Baptist Church with Rev. Bryan Mason officiating. Special music will be presented by Paula Culver. The following gentleman will serve as pallbearers, Shannon Rawlins, Adam Banks, John Thompson, Michael Fox, Troy Ledford and Larry Henderson. Interment will follow in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Flowers are accepted or if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Patricia's memory. The family will meet with friends at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6-8:00 pm. Mountain View Funeral Home of Blairsville is in charge of the arrangements.
