Charlotte Dale, 57, of Marietta, formerly of Gainesville, died Sunday, May 4, 2003. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at East Cobb United Methodist Church with Reverend Larry Summerour officiating. Interment will follow in Marietta Campground Cemetery. A native of Marietta, Mrs. Dale was employed as a Home Health Care Provider. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert M. Allgood, her brother, Robert Allgood, Jr. and her son, Aaron Drew Boggus. She is survived by her mother, Nellie Allgood of Marietta; husband Johnny Dale of Gainesville; son and daughter-in- law Bobby and Amanda Thompson of Dawsonville; grandchildren, Susan, Lillian and Ethan Thompson, stepdaughters, Laura Dale of Dahlonega and Tabatha Boggus of Dawsonville; stepsons, Edward Dale and Lee Dale, both of Dahlonega, Tony Boggus, Scott Boggus and Andy Boggus, all of Dawsonville; many other friends and relatives. Family will receive friends Tuesday, May 6, 2003 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Hay-Gantt Funeral Home in Marietta. The family will receive flowers or contributions may be made to the Royal Rangers, Northeast Georgia Worship Center in Gainesville.
