His obituary: Marvin Douglas Reinhardt, January 20, 1946 – December 12, 2012. Marvin Douglas Reinhardt, 66, of Marietta, went home to be with the Lord December 12, 2012. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, December 16, 2012, at the Mayes Ward-Dobbins Chapel, Marietta, with Bobby Stansell and Bob White officiating. Marvin was a devoted and loving husband to Pat Matthews Reinhardt for 47+ years. They are survived by 3 precious sons, Sean, of Acworth, Slade and wife, Kristy, of Douglasville, and Seth, of Marietta; 5 grandsons, Riley, Tate, Lane, Eli, and Sawyer, and 1 granddaughter, Taylor; sister, Karen Conner, and husband, Johnny, and their son, Trent. Marvin graduated from Sprayberry High School and worked as a truck driver for most of his career with Mclean and ABF. He was a very talented artist in formats including oil, acrylic, water color paint, and wood carving. Marvin was a member of First Baptist Church Woodstock. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, and snow skiing with family and friends. Additionally, he enjoyed working on classic cars and watching his 3 sons play ball growing up.
