William James Parrette Bill was born on March 7, 1947 and passed away on April 11, 2021 at his home in Milpitas, CA in the presence of his family. He is survived by his wife Linda, children Victor and Teri, daughter-in-law Kathy, grandchildren Chris and Ryan, twin sister Mary (Peter) Ruplinger and many nieces and nephews. His career took him along many paths. He was a member of the United States Air Force, a truck driver and operated his own business, Solitec Wafer Processing. He is described by all as a “great man”. He loved his family dearly and was admired and well respected by those he worked with. Bill was a man who loved the outdoors, whether it be fishing, off-roading with his Jeep club, hunting, camping, or riding his beloved Harley Davidson. He was a mentor and confidant throughout his great life. He will surely be missed by all.
