His obituary: Clifford Peter Captain Cliff Meyers. Capt. Cliff 69, died Sept. 2, 2016 of natural causes. He served his country 33 years, with four years in Vietnam and 29 years as an administrator at James A Haley VA until retirement. Cliff had a passion for hosting VA employees and families on cruises. He is survived by his brother, Bob. His wishes were no services and his ashes scattered. Friends to have a gathering to celebrate the good times to be announced later.
