His obituary. His graduation year is in error. Travis Lee Hudson, June 10, 1946 – July 12, 2022. Travis L. Hudson, 76, loving son and brother, passed away on July 12, 2022. His service will be held Saturday, August 6 at 11:00 AM, at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home, with Rev. Barry Lancaster officiating. A Cobb County native, Travis is a member of Austin Avenue Baptist Church. He attended Elizabeth Elementary School and graduated from Sprayberry High School in 1964. He retired from Anderson Motor Company and later Kroger Company. Survivors include sisters Marjorie Almeida, Barbara Garrett, Shirley Conley, and Virginia Adams as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Travis was a kind and gentle soul always ready to help others. He was a wonderful caregiver for his parents, Oscar and Delia Hudson until their passing.
