Graveside service will be 10:30 AM on Friday, March 8, 2024 at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton with Military Honors. H.C. was born in Marietta and was a lifelong resident of Cobb County. He retired from The Cobb County Government as a Building Inspector. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. H.C. is survived by his wife of 52 years – Lane Burnett of Marietta, son – Curtis Burnett of Marietta, sister's – Barbara Holbrook and Peggy Pruitt.
