Her obituary: Linda Ann Price, June 17, 1947 – June 4, 2024. Linda Ann Price of Marietta passed away peacefully on June 4, 2024. Linda is preceded in death by her parents John & Augusta Price and her Daughter Jacqueline Denise Marion. Linda is survived by her loving Daughter Tracy Lucas and her husband Jay, granddaughter Megan Matassa and her husband Matthew and Grandson Brandon Lucas. Linda was the oldest of six siblings, her brothers' David Price and his wife Donna, John Price and his wife Monti, Roger Price and his wife Carol, Kenny Price, and sister Susan Schlecht and her husband Gary and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Linda was born in Riverside California; and moved to Marietta with her family in 1961. Linda graduated from old Sprayberry High School. She was an avid gardener, baker, amateur bowler and an expert crocheter. She enjoyed making clothes and handmade blankets, as well as specialty cakes and breads for her family and friends. Arrangements are being handled by Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral home on Church Street, in Marietta, Ga. The family will be receiving visitation on Friday June 7th from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and memorial service honoring her life will be held on Saturday June 8th at Noon.
