Her obituary: Wanda Bailey Jarrett, December 09, 1948 – October 30, 2021. Mrs. Wanda Jarrett, age 72 of Talking Rock, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.
Mrs. Jarrett is survived by her husband, E.E. Red Jarrett of Talking Rock; daughters and sons-in-law, Paula & Marty Dean of Talking Rock, and Vicki & Tony Golden of Jasper; sister and brother-in-law, Janis & Bill Simms of Marietta; four grandchildren, Justin Dean, Erin Lohman, Tyler Golden, and Vanessa Golden; three great-grandchildren, Kase Dean, Kylie Dean, and Lane Lohman; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Rebecca Leigh Jarrett. Visitation is Sunday, October 31, from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and Monday, November 1, from 9:00 AM until the funeral hour. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, November 1, 2021 at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home, with Rev. Thomas Shipman officiating.
Interment will be at Refuge Baptist Church Cemetery, following the funeral service. Pallbearers: Justin Dean, Tyler Golden, Dorsey Jones, Joey Jones, John Jones, and Darren Jarrett. Cagle Funeral Home is honored to serve the Jarrett family.
