She was born on December 12, 1948 in Gainesville, Georgia to Pratt and Clara (Smith) Armour. She was preceded in death by her parents Pratt Armour and Clara Mae Armour, and two sisters, Phyllis Armour and Lane Hill.
She is survived by her daughter, Mika Bragg Phillips, grandson, Joshua Bragg , great-grandchildren, Kinsley, Ariah and Noah, and three sisters, Rita Armour, Debbie Armour Strongman and Gail Armour Mullis.
