His obituary: Mr. Jenkins. Herbert Larry Jenkins, 22, of 128 Boyd Road Marietta, died Sunday. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. on Tuesday in the Shiloh Hills Baptist Church, with the body placed in state at 2 p.m. Rev. Tolbert Moore will officiate. Burial will be in Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Jenkins was born in Cobb County. He graduated from Sprayberry High School in the class of '66 and the Cobb Vocational School. He was manager and vice president of Canton Plaza Hardware of Canton, Road, Marietta. He was a Baptist. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert E. Jenkins; one sister, Mrs. Glenn Standridge both of Marietta. Albert M. Dobbins Funeral Home of Marietta is in charge of the arrangements. (Note: the obituary misstates his year of graduation)
