Her obituary: Judith T. Shuman, November 19, 1951 – September 13, 2026. Mrs. Judith Teague Shuman, 74, of Woodstock, Ga., died on Sept. 13, 2026. She is survived by her children Anissa Shuman, Nathaniel Shuman, Kathryn Davis, Daniel Shuman, and William Mac Shuman; multiple grandchildren, including Lillian Davis, Brennen Davis, Lucas Shuman, Waverly–Rae Shuman, and Warner Shuman; her sisters Beth Hunnicutt and Amy Ammerman; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Robert Shuman. A native of Marietta, Judith attended Sprayberry High School and the Piedmont Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as a labor and delivery nurse prior to co–founding a wellness practice. Judith returned to full–time medical practice as a hospice nurse following the death of her husband.
Judith is fondly remembered as a caring and generous person who impacted countless lives for the better. A memorial service to honor her legacy will be scheduled at a future date. Final arrangements are entrusted to F.L. Sims Funeral Home, Mableton.
