A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta with Rev. Mark Barbour officiating.
Survivors include his wife, Denise Herman of Marietta; daughter, Mary Helen; son, Max; father and mother, LeRoy and Susan Herman; sister, Beth Stana; niece, Savannah; and grandmother, Helen DuRell; uncle, William John Herman and aunt, Sharon; uncle, Joseph George Herman and aunt, Kay Herman.
In lieu of flowers, an education fund has been set up for Mary Helen & Max Herman at Bank of America, Account Number 334044506590.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
