Robbie Cain. Robbie died on May 15, 1987, just a couple of weeks before graduation. This is his Junior picture, the last school portrait available.
His obituary: Robert Cain Jr., 17, Sprayberry senior. Robert James Robbie Cain Jr., 17, of Marietta, died Friday. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Elizabeth Baptist Church with the Rev. Tommy Lockhart officiating. Burial will be in Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery. A lifelong resident of Cobb County, Mr. Cain was a senior at Sprayberry High School and also was employed by the Cain Construction Co. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Cain of Marietta; on sister, Kim Cain of Marietta; his grandmother, Juett Cain of Marietta; aunts, uncles and cousins. Norman Medford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
