Her obituary: Jaime Jo Henson Wimpey, November 12, 1970 – July 8, 2022. Jaime Jo Henson Wimpey, age 51, of Kennesaw, Georgia passed away on Friday, July 8, 2022. Jaime was born November 12, 1970 in Austell, Georgia. Jaime was a master cosmetologist for many years and was very passionate about her career. She enjoyed going to the lake and going to Kittery, Maine every summer with her parents and daughter. Jaime put her family above all else and she loved all of them dearly. She was very active in her daughters school and sporting events. Jaime loved seeing her daughter sing and play the piano, and was extremely proud of her. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Jaime will be missed by all that knew her. Jaime is survived by her husband of 16 years, Bobby Wimpey; her daughter Brooklyn Wimpey; her mother Jerry Kernea and her father Ralph Kernea; her brother Mike Henson (Cindi), her sister Nicky Henson and her sister Mychelle Davis. A visitation for Jaime will be held Friday, July 15, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152. A funeral mass will occur Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Transfiguration Catholic Church, 1815 Blackwell Rd, Marietta, GA 30066. A burial will occur after the service on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Rolling Hills Memory Gardens, 4355 GA-92, Acworth, GA 30102.
