Her obituary: Griffin – Leanne Marie Griffin, 34, passed away April 8, 2004. She was born October 9, 1969 in Austin to Linnard and Sharon Runyon Griffin. Leanne worked at the Seton Highland Lakes for 4 1/2 years. She enjoyed helping others and in 2002 she was voted Nurse of the Year. She is survived by her parents, Dr. Linnard and Sharon Griffin of Bertram; aunt and uncle Mire and Denise Anderson of Wimberly; cousin and husband Michelle and Josh Ward of San Antonio; and uncle Donald Deusterman of Kingsland. She was preceded in death by her brother, Linnard Griffin, Jr. Services were held April 15 at the Bagdad Cemetery in Leander. Brother Guy Jolin officiated. Arrangements by Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, Burnet.
