Her obituary: Driscoll – It is with great honor, pride, and sadness that we, her family, tell the world Stephanie Christine Driscoll, 34, of Marietta, Georgia lost her fight with cancer February 18, 2006. Stephanie, originally from Dunkirk, New York, was an amazing daughter, sister, aunt, friend and interior designer of incredible talent, earning a degree in Fine Arts from Brenau University in May 2000. She believed in creating spaces that represented self, histories, family and life's passions, her most recent project being the Universal Design Alliance. Her life was about the details. She made everything and everyone feel special. She loved God, her church, girlfriends, and being an aunt to her two special nephews and Kate Johnston. She is and was an amazing woman that will be forever missed and never forgotten. Her smile, laughter, and strength are what we will remember. We, her family, are so proud of her fight. She is survived by her parents; Robert and Martha Driscoll, sisters; Tanya D. Burnham and Elizabeth J. Driscoll, nephews: Johnny Burnham and Robert Campbell Burnham plus many aunts, uncles and cousins. In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made to the Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church, 3431 Trickum Road, Marietta, GA 30066. A Trisagion Service (prayer service) will be held Monday, February 20 at 7 p.m. The family will be receiving friends and family before the service at 5:30 p.m. at Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church in Marietta.
