Mrs. Higgins was born September 2, 1975 in Augusta, GA to Russell Shirley and Jan Rowland Shirley. Left to cherish her memories are her children Evan Shirley, Eli Smith and Brooke Shirley, parents Russell Shirley of Lavonia, GA; Jan Rowland Shirley of Martin, GA; brothers Christopher Dale Shirley of SC and Michael Lane Shirley of Martin, GA. Memorial services to celebrate her life will be held 3PM, Saturday June 7, at the Lavonia Church of God with Fredrick Redeye McCurry and Pastor Tripp officiating.
