His obituary: Jesse Carroll Jay Adkins, Jr. Chatham – Jesse Carroll Jay Adkins, Jr., age 36, of 4087 Mineral Springs Ln. Glen Allen, VA was called to his heavenly home Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Residence. He was born on November 8, 1975, in Wake County, NC, the son of Jesse Carroll Adkins and Linda Gusti Adkins. In addition to his parents he is survived by his sister Angela Canada and her husband Brian and his significant other, Michael Hynes. Funeral services will be conducted at Scott Funeral Home on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Scooter Simmons officiating. Burial will follow at Greenpond Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Scott Funeral Home on Friday, November 9, 2012 from 7-8:00 and again one hour prior to the service. At other times they will be at the residence of his parents.
