His obituary: Cary Robert Ryals, August 5th, 1979 – October 27th, 2024. Mr. Cary Robert Ryals, age 45, a resident of Auburndale, Florida passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 27, 2024. Mr. Ryals was born August 5, 1979, in Gainesville, Florida to Robert Earl and Cynthia Diane (Hyman) Ryals. He graduated from Sprayberry High School class of 1998 and a graduate with a bachelor's in business from Western Governor's University and in the midst of pursuing his Masters. He was a resident of Auburndale since 2021 coming from Charlotte, North Carolina and worked as a Supply Chain Replenisher for Publix Corporate Office. Cary was devoted and doting in his family life through engaging conversation, laughter and being the steadfast presence to his children in their endeavors with tennis, band, color guard and swimming. Cary lived his life pursuing the heart of God. Those that Cary loved lacked nothing except a desire for more time with him. He was preceded in death by his father. Cary is survived by his loving family, wife of 20 years – Rachel Rudick Ryals of Auburndale, Florida; son – Jude Robert; 2 daughters – Kate Cosette and Sophie Juliette; mother – Cindy Ryals of Lakeland, Florida; sister – Niki Ryals Petersen and husband Daniel of Columbia, Tennessee; nephew – Connor Petersen of Nashville, Tennessee; niece – Abby Petersen-Carpenter and husband Jordaan of Franklin, Tennessee and extended family. Funeral services will be held 11am Friday, November 1st at Kersey Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10:30. A private graveside will follow.
