Kandi was born on April, 10, 1988 to parents Saymek Vorasane (father) and Southong Vorasane (mother). She was a quiet child who grew up to have a fierce, feisty, beautiful soul. Kandi was a loving mother, sister and friend who had the kindest heart. She was a genuine soul that can never be replaced. Kandi opened her arms to everyone and left an impression that would last a lifetime. Kandi will truly be missed by everyone. Rest in Heaven. We will always carry you in our hearts. Phedlivay (Kandi) Vorasane leaves behind two children: Son, Sir Vonta Felder; Daughter, Aoki Carter; Sister, Tina Vorasane; her loving Cousins, Tina Srisaket and Sona Srisaket; and a host of other cousins, Uncles, Aunts, and close friends.
